Experienced Claims Investigator

We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Claims Investigators with strong experience in commercial or personal lines, preferably across multiple areas including AOE/COE, Auto, and Homeowners. While experience in Special Investigations Units (SIU) is a plus, it is not a requirement.

The ideal candidates will possess exceptional investigative abilities and demonstrate honesty, integrity, self-reliance, and resourcefulness. A disciplined approach with excellent time management skills is essential.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, a digital recorder, and a digital camera. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting in-person recorded statements
• Taking detailed scene photographs
• Writing comprehensive and accurate reports
• Communicating effectively with clients
• Meeting strict deadlines for all assignments

The successful Claims Investigator will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

• Investigations related to AOE/COE, Auto, or Homeowners
• Writing detailed and accurate investigative reports
• Exhibiting strong initiative, integrity, and ethics in all work
• Securing written and recorded statements effectively
• Conducting thorough accident scene investigations
• Possessing a valid driver's license
• Managing multiple tasks with excellent prioritization and organizational skills
• Being computer literate, including experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
