Key Responsibilities :

Design and update courseware ensuring high quality and relevance

Develop diverse learning materials for different training formats

Engage in pre-release planning and create assessments

Required Qualifications :

Proven expertise in curriculum design and content development

Strong knowledge of eLearning technologies (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)

Excellent project management skills

9+ years in education curriculum and content development

Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and AI integrations is preferred
