Michigan Licensed Crisis Counselor

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Ann Arbor, MI.

Key Responsibilities

Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress or seeking guidance

Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including levels of risk and urgent safety issues

Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically sound documentation while multitasking effectively

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university

Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services

Ability to ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace

Availability for remote scheduling, including weekends and holidays

Completion of a six-week paid virtual training cohort is required for continued employment
