Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and research new business opportunities to support company growth. Analyze market trends and industry conditions to inform strategic decision-making. Develop and present new business plans based on research findings. Expand and strengthen existing business channels. Represent the company in communications with partners and external stakeholders. Review, draft, and coordinate contracts with vendors, partners, and other third parties.

Store Development

Lead store development projects for various brands under the company. Coordinate with brokers, developers, landlords, and vendors throughout the development process. Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and create presentation materials to support decision-making.

Other Responsibilities

Serve as a member of a strategic task force supporting the CEO. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Frequent domestic travel required (approximately 70% of the month) for store site visits, meetings, and on-site research.
