Senior Engineer serves as a strategic technical leader responsible for architecting, developing, and governing critical systems that power that our client’s enterprise modernization and digital transformation. This role combines deep technical mastery across multiple platforms with the ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performing architectures that align with business and regulatory objectives.
The Senior Engineer provides technical vision and leadership, mentoring engineering teams, influencing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring consistent adherence to architectural standards and DevSecOps best practices. The position also drives innovation through the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including cloud-native services, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled solutions, to accelerate enterprise agility and value delivery.
This position operates at both strategic and execution levels, partnering closely with security and infrastructure teams to design and implement enterprise systems from the ground up. The role translates business strategy into actionable system architectures, leads large-scale modernization initiatives, and enforces governance frameworks that ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term resilience across the technology ecosystem.

Schedule : Hybrid 3 days onsite
Duration : 6 months contract to hire
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate : $55 - $65 / hr. w2
Responsibilities : KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Development Leadership – 30%
DevSecOps – 30%
Agentic AI Development – 30% (prefer experience but candidates interested or have training will be considered)
Collaboration & Agile Delivery – 10%

SUPERVISORY ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but will serve as a technical leader and mentor to other software developers and engineers.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires up to 10% local travel for training, meetings, audits, or reviews. Responsible for own transportation to and from locations; eligible for mileage reimbursement per policy.
Education Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
