Cornerstones of Care is a mental and behavioral health nonprofit certified in trauma-informed care that provides evidence-based prevention, intervention, treatment, and support services to help children and families improve their safety and health by making positive changes in their lives. Each year, our team empowers children and families in Kansas, Missouri, and beyond through three key service areas : Youth & Family Support, Foster Care & Adoption, and Education & Community Trainings.

We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist Grounds Keeper to join our team. Your role will support the facilities team in repairs and projects as needed. This role will also support the care of the grounds needed at agency sites as directed. This individual will also report directly to the Maintenance Lead at the assigned campus. As a member of the Facilities team, you will work with other team members and report to our Maintenance Lead.

What You Will Do :

• Works under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager to maintain high standards for all facilities, offices, common areas, and residential areas in accordance with the policies and procedures.
• Work to upkeep the Campus Grounds, including but not limited to the pool, landscape, building exteriors, parking spaces, and playground equipment.
• Ensure all assigned facilities and equipment are in a proper state of repair, providing their full use to all staff, clients, visitors, and volunteers at all times.
• Performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical.

What You Will Bring :

Starting Salary : $21.00 - $25.00 (Hourly)
