Therapist (1099 Contractor) — Full Intentions

Location : Remote (Telehealth) / Austin, TX

Role Type : 1099 Independent Contractor

Caseload Expectation : 15+ weekly clients

Compensation : $50–$70 per session (based on licensure, experience, and caseload mix)

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a fully licensed therapist who wants to build a consistent, meaningful caseload (15+ clients / week) within a values-driven practice.

You understand pressure, identity, transition, and growth — whether through lived experience as an athlete / performer or through your work with high-performing or high-demand populations.

You value depth, regulation, and presence in the room — and you’re not interested in rushing the work just to hit numbers.

This role is a strong fit if you :

• Are seeking 15–25+ weekly clients
• Are a former athlete, performer, or have experience working with athletes or performance-driven populations
• Understand identity, burnout, transitions, and nervous system dysregulation
• Appreciate mind-body, somatic, trauma-informed, or mindfulness-based approaches
• Want autonomy without isolation — independence with support
• Care about authenticity, alignment, and meaningful impact
