Key Responsibilities
Create and format legal documents according to attorney instructions
Edit, combine, and convert documents to PDF while adhering to firm standards
Assist with creating Tables of Contents and communicate project status to attorneys
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma is required
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in a law firm environment
California Litigation experience is required
Expertise in NetDocuments, MS Word, and Adobe
Basic Excel skills, including navigation and creating charts
