Credentialing Associate

A company is looking for a Credentialing Associate who will support the credentialing program for mental health providers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage provider inquiries and provide education on credentialing requirements and processes

Maintain and update provider credentialing records to ensure compliance and audit readiness

Support credentialing audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

2+ years of experience in credentialing, provider relations, or healthcare operations

Familiarity with The Joint Commission standards is strongly preferred

Experience with audit processes and compliance reviews is a plus

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
