Here's what you'd do : -

We are looking for a strategic and process-driven Bid Management Digitalization Process Specialist to join our Bid Management Proposal Team. -

This role is responsible for identifying, implementing, and supporting process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of the proposal cycle.-

Lead, implement, and support digital transformation initiatives within the bid management function and collaborate with the operational excellence team to drive larger initiatives.-

Analyze current bid and proposal workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.-

Design and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.-

Develop and maintain dashboards, templates, and tools to support bid tracking and performance metrics.-

Collaborate with proposal managers, operations, sales, operational excellence, and IT teams to align process improvements with business needs.-

Document and standardize proposal processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.-

Train team members on new tools, systems, and process changes.-

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend adjustments as needed.

Here's what you'll get :

Pay : $41.42 / hr

Hours :

40 hrs / Week. (1st shift).

Length : Contract (12 months

).

Required Skills / Qualifications : -

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering or Information Systems.-

Minimum 3 years of experience in

bid management, process improvement, digitalization, or operations support.-

Minimum 3 years of experience in automation tools (Power BI, Excel macros, SharePoint, workflows).

Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -

Experience with CRM, ERP, or proposal management platforms.-

Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification.-

The ideal candidate will have a good background in process optimization, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration.-

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and good analytical and problem-solving skills.-

Familiarity with proposal development in technical or industrial sectors (transformers or electrical equipment).
