Copper River Technologies is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (CM) to provide technical and managerial oversight on construction projects administered by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in Portsmouth, Virginia. The CM supports all phases of construction — from pre-award planning through final closeout — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with government requirements. This role requires close coordination with contractors, engineering staff, and supported commands to resolve technical challenges, oversee quality, and support Contracting Officer responsibilities.
