Key Responsibilities
Manage 3-5 projects simultaneously, focusing on pharmacy implementations and ongoing program management
Plan, direct schedules, and monitor project budgets from inception through delivery
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and drive action items to completion while identifying process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
Experience in cross-functional collaboration within an organization
Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays for project go-lives
