Human Resources Portfolio Director

A company is looking for a Portfolio Director, Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Establishes and leads the strategic direction for a portfolio of learning experiences aligned with workforce trends and employer needs

Develops relationships with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and alignment

Monitors portfolio performance through data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Required Qualifications

Terminal degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution

At least 10 years of experience in higher education, workforce education, or related roles

Demonstrated success in collaborating across academic and operational teams

Industry-specific credentials and certifications may be required

Experience in portfolio leadership across multiple credential types is preferred
