A company is looking for a Mainframe System Programmer to maintain and migrate customer systems.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain existing Mainframe Systems and perform system migrations
Configure TCP / IP and associated servers in an IPV4 environment
Handle OS upgrades, PTF deployment, and software installations
Required Qualifications
Experience with z / OS concepts and major subsystems (CICS, IMS, DB2, MQ Series)
Familiarity with physical and virtual tape library configuration
Knowledge of storage management systems (SMS, HSM, VSAM)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience in a break / fix capacity for technical issues
