Overview
Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Agent is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role plays a key part in the financial health of the organization by ensuring cash flow is optimized and records are maintained with precision.

Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with standard business hours.
Occasional overtime may be required during month-end/year-end close.
