At Advocate Health, we are looking for dedicated Surgical Technologists to provide exceptional support in our operating rooms. As a Surgical Technologist I, you will work in a dynamic and innovative environment within a nationally recognized healthcare facility that prioritizes optimal patient care.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center, 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Schedule : Full-time evening shifts, with 8 or 10-hour options, Monday to Friday, including on-call responsibilities.

Compensation : Competitive pay range of $26.10 - $39.15, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and an additional $2,000 bonus for PM shifts!

What You'll Do :

• Maintain a clean, safe environment conducive to optimal patient care.
• Utilize aseptic techniques for surgery preparation and maintain a sterile field.
• Prepare surgical materials, instruments, and assist with procedures effectively.
• Ensure operational efficiency by setting up and disinfecting the operating room.
• Transport patients and handle equipment with care and precision.
• Demonstrate knowledge of various surgical procedures and assist as a Second Assistant when needed.
• Respond promptly to any supply or equipment issues.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to enhance patient outcomes.
