What We Need
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our sales team. In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for developing business with existing clients and acquiring new customers across the U.S. You will position our full suite of IT solutions and services while cultivating long-term partnerships built on trust, strategic alignment, and value delivery. This role requires excellent communication, business development, and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of the IT industry.
A Typical Day looks like
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Identify and nurture opportunities in the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Engage with customers to understand their IT challenges, business objectives, and decision-making processes.
- Position CSI’s full portfolio of technology solutions and services as strategic value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, OEM partners, and internal teams.
- Stay current on market trends, industry shifts, and competitive offerings.
- Update and manage data on the sales management platform (CRM).
- Occasionally travel to attend client meetings and company events.

Required Skills + Competencies
Minimum of 3–5 years of successful IT sales experience.Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.Strong organizational and time management capabilities.Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.Desired Character + Culture Traits

Requirements
Basic Qualifications :
BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM field rom an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.Academic or professional experience using Java, C, C++, C#, Python, or similar programming languagesAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance Desired skills :Working on cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, Integration / Test).FACE, Data Modelling and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) - Cameo or Rhapsody, SysML, DOORS, ICD / IRD / IDD.Design Assurance, System Verification, Integration & Test - test documentation and conduct, troubleshooting hardware / software.Strong verbal and written communication.Familiarity or Experience with any of the following : o Data Modeling o SWF / DDE o CPL and UoP development, FACE o Cockpit Avionics, DO-178 o Air Data Computer, AHRS Integration, Civil FMS
