We are seeking a proven Senior EstimatorProject Manager to join our team in the Greensboro Metro area. We specialize in rapid response and recovery for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage serving commercial, residential, institutional, and governmental clients across the U.S.
Responsibilities :
- Lead estimating and project management for commercial and residential restoration projects
- Work closely with business development to grow revenue in the Greensboro market
- Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and schedules under fast turnaround expectations
- Manage project execution to ensure safety, quality, profitability & client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain subcontractor / vendor partnerships for emergency response needs
- Support on-site operations, procurement, contract negotiation, and risk control
- Participate in pre-construction planning and cost modeling
- Assist during peak events such as hurricanes in an all-hands-on-deck structure
