Shift Schedule- 6:00 AM- 6:00 PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized EHS Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to manufacturing processes and compliance.
• Assist in the training and development of staff regarding safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Conduct report writing to document incidents, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) teams to ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.
• Support root cause analysis for incidents or operational inefficiencies.
• Stay informed about workers' compensation law and assist in related documentation as necessary.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Monitor compliance with EPA regulations within the manufacturing processes.

Experience

• Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred, particularly within a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with occupational health standards and EHS practices is advantageous.
• Knowledge of report writing techniques and experience with root cause analysis methodologies are beneficial.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation law, and relevant safety protocols is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
