General Description / Primary Purpose
The Administrative Coordinator serves as a central operational leader within the Graduate School, ensuring seamless administrative, financial, and programmatic support across the division. This role is pivotal in maintaining the Graduate School's efficiency and responsiveness to students, faculty, and staff. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, the Administrative Coordinator plays a strategic role in budget oversight, event coordination, and internal communications. The position also facilitates onboarding and training for new personnel and serves as a liaison between academic departments and administrative units. By streamlining processes and fostering collaboration, this role contributes directly to the Graduate School's mission of academic excellence and student success.

Required Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Required Qualifications
