ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2007 and is supported by a dedicated team of 5 professionals. My background includes wholesale and over 30 years in the financial services industry, which has shaped my commitment to strong client relationships and sound financial guidance.

I attended a small college in Florida and am a proud Marine Corps veteran. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children. Im also actively involved in our church and in the local youth soccer league, where one of my team members coaches a youth team.

We offer a family-focused culture with thoughtful touches like birthday celebrations, a coffee bar for the team, and added flexibility around the holidays. We value the balance between a competitive drive and a supportive environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Hernandez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
