Entry Writer Position

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for preparing customs documentation, ensuring regulations are followed
• Review and process import and export documents, ensuring all invoices and papers are present
• Partner with the operations / account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction
• Answer client questions and monitor processing of goods
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers
