Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy sessions to help them meet their functional objectives
• Perform Therapeutic Activities : Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, integrated care
• Teach Patients and Families : Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to ensure continued progress beyond sessions
• Document and Evaluate Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment approaches as necessary, helping patients stay on their recovery path
