As a Property Management Principal Specialist Training & Compliance Support you will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team with responsibility to ensure Government, Customer, and Raytheon owned tangible property (equipment and material) is efficiently managed and in compliance with Raytheon businesses processes, contract requirements, regulations, and sound business practices. The role will administer and / or maintain aspects of the Property Management System including the function's learning, training, and certifications programs. This role is in support of all property lifecycle areas (i.e., acquisition, receiving, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, subcontractor control, relief of stewardship or contract closure) with an emphasis on compliance support and training.

The candidate will apply principles of learning to design, develop, and implement effective solutions across a variety of media platforms. This may include, but is not limited to, instructor-led, online, or video-based, as well as designing and developing technical and non-technical instructional materials for both internal and external customers. In addition, the candidate will work independently on assignments and perform under the guidance of a team leader to resolve problems of moderate complexity by interpreting policies and procedures and by developing solutions of moderate scope and impact.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
