I am Stephanie Humphries, the owner of Right at Home , and I need a Occupational Therapist to join our team that strives to keep our community members safe in their own homes, and out of hospitals and institutionalized care. Are you up to the mission?!

Responsibilities of a home-based Occupational Therapist include :

Provide high quality evaluation and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal disorders

Develop personalized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function of patients in the home setting

Communicate and collaborate with associated medical professionals to achieve patient goals

Clear, concise documentation in our software system

Regular communication with physicians, nurses, case managers within Veterans Affairs as needed

Ability to work independently and autonomously, managing ones own schedule

Supervise home health aides involved in patient care
