SUMMARY

The Deli Clerk duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising, controlling shrink and working in a safe manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Knows use, and taste of products offeredQuality assurance checks of departmentProper handling and rotation of productDay to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and cleanliness

Handles various tenders, cash, checks, credit / debit / gift cards and couponsWork within company programs, policies and proceduresPromote and support established programsFollows all Health Code guidelinesFollows all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned

Basic addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, fractions, weights and measures. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
