Job Summary : The Manager, Strategic Sourcing plays a pivotal role in driving enterprise value and fostering innovation across multiple categories, including Operating, Maintenance and Construction Services across Mountain & Hospitality Operations. Based in our Broomfield, Colorado headquarters, this role reports to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing and partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver impactful sourcing solutions. The Manager, Strategic Sourcing will work closely with business and functional stakeholders to understand their needs, and will indirectly lead a small group of operational and strategic team members through a broad set of sourcing and procurement activities to achieve results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management.

• Starting Wage : $85,000.00 - $105,000.00+ annual bonus

Vail Resorts offers a 'Hybrid' work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
