Telecommunications / Electronics Technician Part-Time, Fort Campbell, KY SECRET

Job Description :

Semper Valens Solutions is looking for a Telecommunications / Electronics Technician to organize and lead telecommunications installations on the Customer site. The Telecommunications / Electronics Technician will perform site surveys and document current site telecommunications configuration and user requirements.

The Technician will design and optimize telecommunications topologies, direct and lead development of engineering installation packages and project drawings, and develop equipment and system test plans. The Technician will be responsible for the development of the on-site installation schedules, mobilization of the telecommunications installation team, and will direct and lead documentation of the configuration changes at each site. This position is temporary for up to 60 days with an opportunity to transition to continuous full-time.

Responsibilities :

• Perform surveys and assessments in accordance with the requirements for survey and design of LAN / WLAN upgrades identified in the latest design plan.
• Perform pre-survey tasks to include :

Participate in the Same Page pre-deployment for Survey and Pre-Deployment Site Survey meetings.
