Federal DevSecOps Architect

A company is looking for a Sr. / Principal Software Engineer (DevSecOps Architect).

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain security architecture in compliance with federal standards

Lead security planning, risk assessments, and incident response for AWS-hosted government systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into development processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field

5+ years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in federal contracts

Deep understanding of federal security frameworks, including FISMA and NIST

Hands-on experience managing security for AWS cloud environments

Proficiency in modern DevSecOps toolchains and methodologies
