Medication Aide | Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne, IN
Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling

Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne is hiring Medication Aides to join our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community. In this position, you’ll play a vital role by administering medications safely, supporting residents with daily care, and working alongside a dedicated nursing team to make every day meaningful.
What You’ll Do
Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately in compliance with physician orders and Indiana state regulations
Record all medication administration promptly and correctly in resident charts and EHR systems
Observe residents for changes in condition or medication side effects and report concerns to licensed nurses
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility, when needed
Provide compassionate communication and support to residents, families, and team members
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents in both long-term care and rehab settings
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Active Medication Aide certification (QMA, CMA, or MA-C) in the State of Indiana
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and remain reliable in a fast-paced healthcare environment
