Please note that this position is a hybrid role with three days per week required in our downtown Detroit office.

What can you expect

As aSoftwareAssociate Consultant you will support leading-edge clients in the automotive and technology industries by developing andoptimizingsoftware systems that power intelligent data-driven solutions.

• Contribute to software development projects with a strong focus on data manipulation automation and system integration using Python .
• Support the design and implementation of embedded and system-level software components in C and C .
• Assist in creating data pipelines processing frameworks and simulation tools to enable efficient engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate system and hardware requirements into robust software architectures.
• Participate in the analysis debugging and optimization of software for performance scalability and reliability.
• Support internal tool development to automate engineering tasks and streamline client delivery.
• Engage in technical discussions documentation and client workshops to align on project needs and solutions.
