Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturdays
We’re looking for a bilingual (English / Spanish) customer service & scheduling professional who enjoys helping people, supporting a team, and keeping things organized. This role is a mix of office work, scheduling, and customer communication — perfect for someone who likes variety and being part of a small, growing business where your work truly matters.
What You’ll Do
Answer calls, text messages, emails, and online leads
Convert leads into scheduled cleanings through friendly, confident communication
Manage daily cleaning schedules and client appointments
Support cleaning teams with check-ins and quality follow-ups
Send confirmation texts and post-service follow-ups
Track notes and customer activity in our CRM
Help with onboarding and supporting new cleaners
Occasionally deliver supplies or assist with on-site quality checks (mileage reimbursed)
What We're Looking For
Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
Strong phone and customer communication skills
Organized and reliable — you like keeping things running smooth
Problem-solver who can jump in and help where needed
Comfortable on a computer and learning simple systems
Reliable vehicle and driver's license (local field visits when needed)
Customer service, scheduling, or coordination experience a big plus
Friendly energy — team-oriented, upbeat, and dependable
Compensation
$20–$23 per hour based on experience
Monthly performance bonuses based on lead conversion & customer retention
