[job_card.job_description]Develops, modifies, and improves applications and add-ins to support our team members. Works with end users to troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements, and design new features. Documents bugs, features, and improvements in our issue tracking system (Jira). Writes code to fix bugs and add new improvements / features. Tests code to ensure quality. Commits code to our version control system (Git / Bitbucket). Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. 3-5 years industry experience required. Knowledge of : C#, ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server, AutoCAD / Revit APIs, React, jQuery, AngularJS, ElasticSearch, Redis, SharePoint. Ability to work independently, taking initiative, setting priorities, and seeing projects / tasks through to completion. Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information. Exhibits a strong customer service approach. Willingness to learn. Possesses excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, takes initiative, and has the ability to work effectively in a professional atmosphere. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to work well with all levels of teammates. The primary role of the Software Engineer is to write code to develop applications, fix bus and add new improvements / features to our internal websites, add-ins, and applications. This person will work closely with our Senior Software Engineer.
