This program fosters connection and learning among graduate nurses across our system while enhancing your confidence, skills, and professional growth. Throughout the twelve-month residency, you will engage in monthly virtual sessions to further your education and expertise.

Who We Are Looking For :

• Graduates from accredited nursing programs who are eager to start their careers.
• Individuals eligible to practice as determined by the State Board of Nursing.
• Nurses with less than one year of RN experience.

What You’ll Receive :

We offer a generous sign-on bonus of $7,500, payable on your first paycheck.

Departments Hiring :

Med Surg, Cardiovascular, Neuro, Short Stay.

Work Schedule :

Full-Time with 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a).
