Our salary ranges from $36,000-$50,000 per year plus monthly commissions. This is a Base + Commission role paid through W2.

We are rapidly expanding and looking for enthusiastic, customer-driven, and knowledgeable people to join our team.

• Connect with customers through warm leads, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Identify needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and more).
• Educate clients on coverage options.
• Close sales and build long-term relationships through integrity and service.

What You Bring:

• A people-first attitude with strong communication skills.

• Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (not required-assistance to obtain given).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required, we provide training!
