A company is looking for a Vendor Administration Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor-related email communications and verify billing information for Claims payees
Process IRS reporting and corrections, including handling B-Notices and 1099 exceptions
Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
Experience with 1099 reporting requirements
High school education or equivalent required
Experience in vendor administration and relations preferred
Experience in the Workers' Compensation Insurance Industry preferred
