Position Overview

The Civil Engineer Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role combines engineering expertise with project management skills to lead teams, manage resources, and liaise with stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Utilize AutoCAD for design and project planning.
• Prepare cost estimates and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Supervise construction sites and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage environmental considerations throughout the project.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting effective communication.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
