Summary of Position:

Are you a driven salesperson with a passion for luxury travel?

From the desertscapes of Arizona to the oceanside vibes of the California Coast, our portfolio touts seven luxury hotels, resorts, spas as well as 10 premium dining outlets. As a member of our sales team, you will cater to experienced travelers by exhibiting sincere hospitality and drawing upon your expert product knowledge.

Essential Functions:

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and develop rapport with our guests
• Identify guests’ needs and tailor creative experiences for our guests
• Confidently close new sales; overcome objections when necessary
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to share best practices to increase conversion and maximize revenue
• Complete all tasks including reservation handling efficiently and accurately
• Attend regular meetings and other duties as determined by leadership
