Now hiring a Warehouse Associate, where you will provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, and learn company products and services to better assist others. Additional duties include coordinate with other departments when needed, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, as well as follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, manage simple records and enter information accurately. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
