Sr. SQL Server Developer

Location : New York, NY; Plano, TX; Charlotte, NC - Hybrid 3 days / week

12month contract

$70 - $75 / hr on W2

Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior SQL Server Developer with expertise in SQL development, SSIS, and SSRS / Tableau to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, possessing a strong background in SQL Server technologies and data integration / reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, writing efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support application development.
• Utilize SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring seamless data integration across various systems and platforms.
• Develop and enhance SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and / or Tableau reports, providing valuable insights through visual representations of data.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data needs, and create efficient solutions to meet business objectives.
• Optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to enhance existing processes and systems.
