Adjunct-Nutrition and Dietetics

Viterbo University's College of Nursing, Health and Human Behavior invites applications for adjunct faculty positions starting Fall 2019, to teach in its undergraduate community medical dietetics program. The primary teaching assignment will be to teach Community Nutrition or Medical Nutrition Therapy. Course meets face to face for classroom instruction.

Applicants must meet the minimum educational requirements listed in order to be considered for the pool of qualified candidates. All decisions are made upon the discretion of the department. Applicants who meet the minimum requirements are not automatically accepted to teach at Viterbo.

Qualifications: Applicants must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a master's degree experience in community nutrition and/or clinical nutrition depending on course.

Applicants should upload cover letter indicating area of discipline along with a current vita. If recommended for a position, official transcripts will be required prior to a contract being issued.
