A company is looking for a Sr. Contracts Analyst to support their growing legal team in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full contract life-cycle
Draft, negotiate, analyze, review, and redline construction contracts and other commercial documents
Collaborate with the Legal Department to ensure seamless communication and advance team objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required
At least 5 years of experience, ideally within an in-house legal team
Prior experience with construction-related contracts is required
Highly skilled with utilizing a CLM such as Agiloft or IronClad
Solid understanding of the contracting process, including drafting and interpreting contractual obligations
