Provides dental services to patients, including the application of fillings, Reviews rules and standards and may recommend changes in departmental Supervises dental assistants at chair side to ensure the application of proper Maintains patient records in chart of all dental services rendered. Attends doctor's meetings. Consults with patient physician where appropriate. Complete periodic chart reviews Other duties as assigned Must possess a valid and unencumbered dental license from the Dental Board Significant experience with surgery and dental prosthetics preferred Must be available to work most Saturdays. Demonstrated leadership qualities Strong written, interpersonal and oral communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to be creative, well-organized, detail oriented, flexible and self-starting.
