[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong Excel skills and ability to support teams with financial analysis. Growth-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Position : Senior Accountant-Manufacturing
Location : NE Grand Rapids (Hybrid : 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
Compensation : $80-90K base + 10% bonus
Our client is a privately held, profitable manufacturing company and they are seeking a Senior Accountant to support capital projects, fixed assets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Accountant
- Oversee financials related to capital expenditures, tooling / die, and engineering projects.
- Manage fixed asset processes including tagging, depreciation, and system updates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, maintenance, purchasing) to support project execution and financial tracking.
- Assist with cash forecasting and journal entries.
