Per Diem Physician Position Summary:

Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford HealthCares highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) in Southington, CT. You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based SNF care.

• Role: Physician - Skilled Nursing Facility rounding
• Location: Southington, CT

• Schedule: Per Diem, flexible weekdays, ideally 4+ shifts per month
