Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, goal-driven Showroom Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role blends sales, design guidance, and relationship-building. You will work with both retail customers and trade professionals to help them select the right materials for their projects while driving showroom sales performance.

Key Responsibilities


Welcome and assist homeowners, designers, and contractors in the showroom

Understand customer project needs and recommend appropriate products

Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales

Build long-term customer relationships

Maintain showroom organization and displays

Stay informed on new products and industry trends

Meet or exceed individual sales goals

Provide post-sale support and customer follow-up

Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience (tile, flooring, kitchen & bath, building materials, or home improvement preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Customer-focused with an eye for design
Basic computer skills (POS, quotes, email, Microsoft Office)
Ability to work Saturdays
Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
