Overview
Upscale Home Care is seeking to hire an ATC Monitors to do monitor visits for senior/disabled individuals in their homes. This position requires responsible, dedicated workers, who are interested in providing for the comfort and well- being of others and see that their needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with scheduling visits, performing the required assessments per visit.

• Reporting back to supervisor with any concerns or questions.

Requirements

• CPR Certification

• First Aid Certification

• Finger check clearance card

Qualifications

• Strong observational skills to monitor client health effectively.

• Ability to assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity.

• Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families.

• Must be reliable, patient, and possess a genuine to help for others.
