Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and develop sales talent while coaching the team to exceed targets
Understand customer pain points and communicate the company's unique value proposition
Create business success plans and act as the executive sponsor for key partners
Required Qualifications
2+ years of full-cycle sales leadership experience in the software or security industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience engaging with enterprise accounts and selling at the C-Level
Residency in or willingness to commute within Ohio
