A company is looking for a Call Center Agent for full-time or part-time remote positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Must have a hard-wired high-speed internet connection and a compatible PC / Laptop
