TMS Product Specialist

A company is looking for a TMS Product Specialist, Banking / Bank Fee Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the BAM / BFA Product, including release schedules and business requirements

Support customer implementations and develop training assets for partners

Provide high-level product support for escalated issues from the support team

Required Qualifications

Experience with treasury management systems related to bank fees and cash management

Business understanding of corporate cash management and banking

Familiarity with balance and transaction reporting and payment interfaces

Knowledge of SQL and database technology

MS / BS in MIS or equivalent required
